Client Care Representative
Chandler, AZ based mobile marketing company is currently searching for a Client Care Representative to join their team. This position is the direct contact for clients as a point of contact for their questions as well as the person to act as a coach to train and help generate ideas for implementation of mobile marketing within each business that we work with. Our company prides itself in “Second Mile Service”; with that said the Client Care Rep plays a key role in the success of our company. This position will also work with other members of the staff to collaborate on marketing and sales ideas for different industries and company specific goals. This is a full time position.
Qualifications
High school graduate
Minimum or 1 year of customer service experience
Some prior marketing experience would be helpful in this position
Ability to think quickly to generate ideas with clients
Some retail/restaurant/service industry experience a plus
Call center experience a major plus

Account Executive Position
