Text-A-Home is our Real Estate division. This unique publicity avenue allows realtors to be "aggressively receptive" in their marketing efforts. Potential buyers text a "house code" (similar to the "keyword" used in our other applications) to the short code, or dial a toll-free number to enter the house code, and immediately get detailed home information sent to their mobile phone. Because our system integrates with most MLS applications nationwide, the buyer can literally receive the MLS listing information, including pictures and contact information, right on their phone. More importantly, the listing agent-our client-receives the potential buyers' information in return. The buyers' info is stored in 3 locations:
1. It is sent to the agent's cell phone in the form of a text message, allowing the agent to contact the buyer immediately.
2. It is sent to the real estate agent's email. This data can be added to a "drip" marketing campaign or followed-up on an ad hoc basis.
3. The buyer's info is also stored on our encrypted servers and is available through the realtors' password-protected portal to the system.
Realtors can use their data bases to transmit important information directly to their customers concisely and conveniently utilizing a pre-existing medium which is already integrated into the customer's daily life: As a broadcast tool, Text-A-Home is used to send property updates, new listing alerts, promote open houses, and compile referrals.
The broadcast feature of Text-A-Home is obviously an innovative marketing solution, but Text-A-Home provides more than simple marketing. Text-A-Home is a powerful data aggregation tool for detailed market analysis. Each digital inquiry made by a potential customer results in a data set that includes the customer's personal contact info as well as the time and location from which the inquiry emanated. This real-time data aggregate allows for comprehensive analysis of customer behavior, helping to identify individual habits or larger macrotrends of a target group that will help to focus and customize future marketing. By way of example: Imagine that you are a realtor representing a property in South Chandler who, as all good realtors have always done, conducts his open house events over the weekend. You sign up with Text-A-Home and over the ensuing week, Text-A-Home shows you that you have been receiving a preponderance of drive by inquiries on weekdays from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. The light bulb goes on in your head and you realize that in this neighborhood parents are busy with soccer and baseball on the weekends, but have a free 15 minutes after dropping the kids at school during the week. You modify your open house schedule accordingly and execute the sale.
The possibilities are wide ranging. Text-A-Home is an incredibly effective tool in the ever-changing real estate market.
