Auto Response keywords provide a single, SMS response back to the end-user when the keyword is texted to a short code. Common examples include mobile coupons, info responses, and other simple campaigns where a single informational response is required. Like with any campaign, the XML Data Feed feature can be used to add dynamic, data driven responses rather than static responses.
Initial Response Message This message is sent back to the end-user when the keyword is texted.
Help Message: This message is sent back to the end-user when HELP is texted subsequent to texting the keyword. This message is required by U.S carriers regardless of campaign type, and must disclose opt-out instructions, a link to your terms and conditions, and a customer care email address or Toll-Free number.
Stop Message: This message is sent back to the end-user when STOP is texted subsequent to texting the keyword. The subscriber is removed from our subscriber databases. This message is required by U.S carriers regardless of campaign type.
Notifications This tool gives you the ability to set an e-mail, SMS, voice, or XML notification to a third party email address or phone number each time the keyword is texted. In the case of XML notifications, the notification is performed through the XML Data Feed feature. Please consult the help section on that feature for more information on using XML Notifications.
